What is ViaBill?

ViaBill is a payment solution for purchases up to $300. ViaBill enables you to “Buy now and pay later” in four equal monthly installments, interest-free.

No credit checks required.

We charge you 25% of your total purchase at checkout and you pay us the rest later.

What countries does ViaBill operate in?

ViaBill operates in Denmark, Spain, and the USA. You can use ViaBill in the USA if your company:

  • Sells goods to the US market
  • Has a US bank account

Your customers are required to:

  • Have a valid and verifiable US mobile number
  • Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase


How do I sign up?

How do I get paid and who assumes the risk?

ViaBill pays you upfront and assumes all fraud and credit risk. Please click here to read our terms and conditions.

What e-commerce platforms do you support?

We currently fully support Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop.


We also support Ecwid, Opencart, Zencart, Oscommerce, Drupal Commerce, Ubercart, and Virtuemart.

Does the ViaBill Price Tag help?

You bet! Our merchant partners that feature the ViaBill PriceTag on their product page and cart page (eg. “Only $15 /month with ViaBill”) experience a significant increase in sales and average order size.


When you click on the Price Tag, it explains how easy it is to use ViaBill and prompt the visitor to select ViaBill at checkout.


Don’t worry about having to add special code to your website. The ViaBill team will set everything up for you. All that you have to do is get ready to prepare more orders!

What is the estimated response time for ViaBill to answer questions?

We expect to answer any questions within 3 business days.
During system maintenance, you should expect a wait of up to 5 business days.

System maintenance can be annoying but is necessary to provide you with the best and most flexible payment solution.

Managing ViaBill Orders

How do I know ViaBill has approved an order?

Your order has been approved when the order states “Approved” on your e-commerce platform. This indicates that ViaBill has run a successful fraud check on the shopper using ViaBill.

Remember to capture the order after the item has been fulfilled.

How do I capture an order?

When you receive an order notification, sign in to your e-commerce platform, navigate to the order, and change the status from approved to captured.

We recommend doing this before taking any further steps in fulfilling the order to ensure this step is not missed or delayed.

It is important that you capture your orders within 7 days.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, follow the full refund process outlined above and refund the full amount of the order.

My customer wants to modify the ViaBill order. How do I handle this?

Once ViaBill has approved an order, the order details and order value cannot be changed. The Merchant is able to issue partial or full refunds if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled. ViaBill does not support the addition of items to an order.


A customer will need to place a new order for the additional items or cancel the previous order and create a new order for all the items they wish to purchase.
