In this Bank Link Agreement (“Agreement”), the words “you” and “your” mean any person authorizing us to obtain and use such person’s consumer report, as described below. The word “provider”, means the third party partner that enables ViaBill to receive and review your bank account data and information. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean ViaBill.
Pursuant to this Agreement, you authorize ViaBill to receive information, on a regular and recurring basis, from our third party bank link service provider. You recognize, understand, and agree that ViaBill does not control the actions, or activity of our third party provider but that ViaBill receives from our provider information related to your bank accounts, excluding your login account credentials. ViaBill does not receive or store your login credentials. You acknowledge and agree that you may also be responsible for agreeing to the privacy policy and other agreements of the third party provider.
In accordance with this Agreement, you authorize ViaBill to use any banking information it receives from its third party provider for any of the following purposes:
This Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of your relationship with ViaBill. A customer relationship exists as long as you have not affirmatively requested that the relationship be terminated or ViaBill has not terminated the relationship. You agree that any information previously received by ViaBill will continue to be utilized as outlined above, even if the customer relationship has been terminated.
